Serial part history is generated when a serial tracked part undergoes a change, e.g., when a part is created, scrapped, moved between inventories, etc. The Part Serial History page and the Part Serial/History tab shows occurrences such as the facility objects on which the serial has been placed, the purchase order on which it was purchased, the inventory location in which it has been placed, etc.
