View Open Agreement RFQ

Explanation

Use this activity to view all Request for Agreement Quotations that can be answered. You can choose to only view the RFQ's that are about to expire within the next 30 days and also look at the details of the Request for Agreement Quotations in a separate page. It is not possible to change any information in these pages. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Supplier.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in the B2B solution.
• The supplier must be set up as a B2B Supplier.
• Only Request for Agreement Quotations connected to the user’s default supplier, set up in B2B User – Supplier page, are presented.
• The Request for Agreement Quotation must have been published or communicated to the appropriate supplier.
• At least one line on the RFQ needs to be in status Created.

Note: It is only the latest communicated revision of the Request for Order Quotation that are presented.
