View Quotation Details

Explanation

Use this activity to view detailed information about answered Request for Order Quotations. You can see general information for the bid in the General group, delivery information in the Delivery group and information about requested products in the Products group. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B supplier.

Note: Some labels have connected cards to provide more information, for example: Delivery Address and Delivery Information. To access this information, click on the hyperlink connected to these fields.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B.
• In the Supplier page, the B2B option must be selected for the appropriate supplier.
• Only bids connected to the user’s default supplier set up in B2B User – Supplier page, are presented.
• At least one line on the RFQ with quotation line status Answered, Rejected, Won (Approved) or Order Created (Converted).
