You can cancel an entire Reqeust for Agreement Quotation by using Cancel command in the Request for Agreement Quotation page. This activity can be performed from any status except Closed.
If you only want to cancel a part/assortment request line, in the tab Request for Agreement Quotation/Part Request Lines or Request for Agreement Quotation/Assortment Request Lines select the appropriate line and click Cancel Line command.
When a part/assortment quotation line or entire quotation has been cancelled, its status changes to Cancelled, and no further transactions can be performed.
The request for agreement quotation header or part/assortment request lines must be in a status other than Closed.
The status for the request for agreement quotation header or part request line is updated to Cancelled and no further transactions can be performed.
