Perform Internal Assessments

Explanation

Use this activity to do internal assessments on the project accrual items. If you are entering miscellaneous project accruals, you can straightaway enter the internal assessment amounts to the items, which will be fetched as the accrual amounts. If you are entering sub contract project accruals, when you enter the internal assessment amounts, the accrual amount will be calculated by deducting the base value from the internal assessment value.

Prerequisites

• A Project Accrual in Preliminary status must exist.

System Effects

• Internal Assessment values in transaction currency and accounting currency will be saved.
• Accrual Amounts will be calculated based on the Internal Assessment values.
• Total Accrual Amount will be visible in the Accrual page header.
