You can divide the project into subprojects, which can be organized in a structure, also called Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). The project structure is represented graphically in the Tree Navigator. The activity costs and revenues can be summarized at any level in the structure. A subproject can be divided into activities. The data relevant to subprojects are: Sub Project ID, Description, Sub Project Manager and the Department. The subproject can also have a pre-posting.
There are no restrictions on creating subprojects. Sub projects can be created in Sub Projects page Project Scope and Schedule/Sub Project tab.
There are two ways of deleting a subproject:
If you use the Delete button, you must first remove the subproject's activities. When the Delete Sub Project Structure action command is used, the connected activities will be deleted automatically along with the subproject's structure.
