Contact An Individual

Explanation

This activity is used to call an Expert (Individual) directly from Remote Assistance contact list.

Prerequisites

·       Expert (Individual) should be configured as an Active Remote Assistance user in Solution Manager > Remote Assistance > Users.

·       Expert (Individual) needs to be connected to one or more Remote Assistance Groups where end user is connected to.

·       Expert’s Remote Assistance status should be set to Available (by default, the status is set to Available and only possible to change it from Aurena client).

System Effects

·       Expert’s contact can be found in the Remote Assistance contact list of the end user.

·       Possible to initiate a call with the Expert (Individual) directly.
