Configure CRM- and SRM-panel

Explanation

This activity is used to define whether a field should be visible and/or mandatory and in what order the fields should be displayed in the CRM-panel and SRM-panel. You can also choose whether a field should be placed within the collapsible/expandable Show More section in the panel. For the CRM-panel, the layout can be configured for pages used to create activities, opportunities and to create leads, accounts and contacts. In the SRM-panel you can configure the layout for the Create Activity dialog.

This activity has no prerequisites.

System Effects

If a field is indicated as visible and mandatory for e.g. business opportunity, it will be included in the Create Opportunity dialog and the user must enter a value.
