This activity is used to modify the Priority of the Request and optionally update the priority values of associated work tasks.
The Request Priority can be specified during the initial logging of the Request and is an attribute that can be used for grouping and classification purposes. Once a Request is created with a Request Priority, any associated work tasks will inherit the same priority value.
Where a Request Prority is modified the user has the option to also update the associated work tasks with the priority value.
Priority values updated at the work task level do not update the Request Priority.
