Modify Request Owner

Explanation

Use this activity to modify the Request owner.

When a new Request is created the Owner field is set to the user who was responsible for creating the Request where that user is Active and connected to the Request via the Service Organization. Else the Owner field is left null.

The Request owner can subsequently be modified to any active user who is part of the Service User Group defined for the Request's Service Organization.

Prerequisites

• A new Request is created manually or via the Recurring Service Program.

The Request Owner is modified.
