Use this activity to add multiple part lines from a list in one go. The parts displayed are registered as sales parts and using Part Selection Method field, user can filter these parts in a more efficient manner.
In this field, the last selected option will be set as default each time this assistant is used. If Site is selected, all sales parts connected to ordering site will be populated in Available Lines to Add list. Similarly, if Assortment, Price List or Agreement is selected, user needs to select the desired Assortment No, Price List No or Agreement No respectively to populate sales parts in the list.
Note that if Limit Sales to Assortments option is enabled, the customer is limited to only sale of parts that are connected to limited assortments. As a result, sales parts not connected to limited assortments will not be populated in available lines to add list.
To add parts into the main assistant, you need to set the desired quantity and click either Apply or Apply and Close. If you click Apply, selected parts will be added to part lines list by keeping the assistant open to add more parts from the same selection or from a different selection. But if you click Apply and Close, selected parts will be added to part lines list by closing the assistant.
