Enter Shopping Cart General Information
Explanation
Use this activity when entering information in the Shopping Cart before order
creation. The Shopping Cart is a place holder for the products that the user
wants to order. Before creating an order out of the Shopping Cart, order related
information such as Delivery Address and Wanted Delivery Date must be entered.
This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.
You can perform this activity from the lobby page Order Management
for Customers and the lobby element for Shopping Cart.
Notes:
- The Shopping Cart is also possible to reach from
Products page,
Product Detail page and
Favorite Products page.
- The list of values for Your Reference is only based on set ups in
Customer/Contact page
- Information about Ship-Via and Delivery Terms is presented in a card
view connected to Delivery Information field. To access this information,
click on the hyperlink connected to Delivery Information label. The information
is derived from basic data set up for the customer and is not possible to
change by the user in the Shopping Cart.
Prerequisites
- In the Customer page, the B2B
option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- The user has added at least one product in the Shopping Cart for the
customer, specified as the user’s default customer, in
B2B User – Customer page.
System Effects
Entered values are saved in the Shopping Cart, meaning that the values will
be preserved for later until order is created.
