View Invoiced/Closed Orders

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about your invoiced/closed orders. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.

You can perform this activity in the lobby page Order Management for Customers and lobby link: Invoiced/Closed (Last 30 Days) from lobby element: Orders.

Note: Orders containing rental order lines are excluded, regardless of existence of normal order lines.

Prerequisites

• In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
• Only Customer Orders connected to the user’s default Customer, set up in B2B User – Customer page, are considered for presentation.
• Only customer orders with status Invoiced/Closed, are presented.
