View Expired Quotations

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about expired quotations. Expired quotations are unanswered quotations with expiration dates in the past. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.

You can perform this activity in the lobby page: Order Management for Customers and lobby link: Expired and from lobby element: Quotations.

Note: Quotations with rental lines are excluded.

Prerequisites

• In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
• Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer page, are presented.
