View Open Orders

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about your open order. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.

You can perform this activity in the lobby page Order Management for Customers and lobby link: Open from lobby element: Orders

Note: Orders containing rental order lines are excluded, regardless of existence of normal order lines.

Prerequisites

• In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
• Only Customer Orders connected to the user’s default Customer, set up in B2B User – Customer page, are presented.
• At least one customer order in status Planned, Released, Reserved, Picked, Partially Delivered, Delivered or Blocked
