View Pending Changes

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about requested changes not yet updated on the order. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.

You can perform this activity from the lobby page Order Management for Customers and lobby link: Orders with Pending Changes from lobby element: Orders.
Use the Pending Changes command or navigate to Order Details page and then use the Pending Changes command. The Pending Changes page will be opened.

In the General group, you will see information about requested changes on order header level. In the Products group, you will see information about lines where changes have been requested for Quantity and/or Delivery Date.

Note: Customer orders containing rental order lines are excluded from presentation, regardless of existence of normal order lines.

Note: Unchanged fields are not displayed and only order lines having requested changes or requested cancellation will be presented in the Products group.
