View Orders with Pending Changes
Explanation
Use this activity when you want to view information about your open orders
having pending changes. An order is pending if there are any ongoing changes,
not yet updated on the order. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting
as a customer.
You can perform this activity in the lobby page Order Management for
Customers and lobby link: Orders with Pending Changes and from
lobby element: Orders.
Note: Orders containing rental order lines are excluded, regardless
of existence of normal order lines.
Prerequisites
- In the Customer page, the B2B
option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- Only customer orders connected to the user’s default Customer, set up
in B2B User – Customer page, are presented.
- Only customer orders with status Planned, Released,
Reserved, Picked, Partially Delivered, Delivered
or Blocked, are presented.
- You must have customer orders with pending changes, i.e. associated
with an Incoming Change Request for Customer Order message in status
Require Approval, Stopped or Changed.
