Generate Customer Order Availability Exceptions
Explanation
This activity is used to generate exception records on the customer order
lines connected which are not possible to deliver on the planned due date.
This activity generates the exceptions records for the Inventory Sales Parts
and the supply code 'Invent Order'
You can either generate customer order availability exceptions directly or schedule
the task as a background job.
Prerequisites
- Inventory Sales Parts must exist.
- Availability Check must be enabled in the connected Inventory Part.
- Customer Order Header status must be : Planned, Released, Reserved,
Picked, Partially Delivered.
- Customer Order Line status must be: Released, Reserved, Picked,
Partially Delivered.
- Supply Code of the Customer Order Line must be 'Invent Order'.
- There must be quantities which are not yet delivered and not be
able to deliver on the Planned Due Date of the Customer Order Lines.
- CO Plannable Quantity for the respective Customer Order Line must be
negative.
System Effects
Customer Order Availability Exception records are created in the
Customer Order Availability Exceptions.
