Create Rejection Reason

Explanation

This activity is used to create rejection reasons to be used when rejecting service quotations. For rejection reasons that are to be used to reject maintenance events, the cancellation cause must exist on the rejection reason.

Prerequisites

To enter cancellation causes, they must be defined in the Maintenance Event Basic Data.

System Effects

• Rejection reasons can be selected when rejecting a service quotation.
• The cancellation cause will be used when canceling the event on the corresponding maintenance order.
