Reject Service Quotation

Explanation

This activity is used to reject an entire service quotation. If necessary, a rejection note can be entered while rejecting the quotation.

To perform this activity, the quotation must be in the Released status.

The quotation is set to the Rejected status.
The connection between the service quotation and its maintenance orders/events and work orders/work tasks is removed.
The rejected scope is updated with the rejected maintenance orders, work orders and service contracts.
Work order Journal page is updated.
