View Team Schedules

Explanation

Use this page to view schedules of your subordinates. Standard schedules are marked in blue. If there is a deviation day registered (a day that deviates from the schedule), it will be marked in red.

Following actions are available for a record if selected from the calendar:

• Employee's Calendar opens the Calendar page.
• Time Card opens the Time Card page.
• Absence Calendar opens the Absence Calendar page.
• Add Deviation Day allows you to register a deviation from the scheduled day.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, employee schedules and rules should be defined.
