See Late Certifications
Explanation
This activity can be used by the B2B supplier (Contractor) at any time
in the process. In the Sub Contract, there can be an agreement about how many
days the Contract Owner has, before they need to come back with a certification.
If that date is passed and the application has not yet been certified by the
Contract Owner, the Contractor will receive a notification that the certification
is late.
Prerequisites
- The B2B-status in the sub contract valuation should be in status
Submitted.
- The status in the sub contract valuation should be Planned,
Application Received or Certification In Progress.
- The Certificate Due Date should have passed.
System Effects
- In the contractor Lobby, the counter for Late certifications will
increase with one.
- When the contractor clicks the link, the application will open
and the Certification Due Date will be highlighted so that
the Contractor easily can see when the application should have been certified.
