To view previous Increment amounts and Remarks history,
for each employee use the “View Salary Review Change History” option. The Purpose
of this activity is to keep a history of the changes for Increment amount and
Remarks that have been done throughout the Salary Planning, Salary Review and
Salary Review Approval process.
Throughout each of these processes users such as Salary
Setting Managers and Approvers of Salary Review might make changes for Increment
amount and provide some comments (Remarks).
This activity
will pick changed values and remarks at the time of status being changed.
Salary Review Plan needs to be generated to perform this
activity.
