In the Salary Review Page, Salary Setting Manager can view
Variable Pay assigned to employees.
Only the pay breaks which are set as View in Employee Salary
Review is set to “Yes” on the Compensation Types Page will be visible in Salary
Review.
Users can change the variable pay amounts per employee
by changing the proposed increment amount or Increment %. When the Include in
Budget option is on (in Compensation Types Page) for a particular variable pay
then changing these amounts will change the Total Increment Amount and it can
affect the allocated budget per organization.
If the Variable pay is set as a Percentage of Base Salary
and that percentage amount is defined in the Compensation Types Page, then in
the Salary Review the variable pay will get calculated automatically and the
User can edit that amount.
In order to perform this activity the following data needs
to be defined
Compensation Types need to be defined for the company
Employees should be assigned with a compensation type.
Salary Review Plan needs to be generated.
Through this activity, recommended new Variable Salary
Amounts and Basic Salary for employees will be available.
