The purpose of this activity is to show the salary setting
managers about the current salary-related information of the employees that
he/she is responsible for.
Once the Salary Review Plan is generated and approved,
the salary setting managers can view the information about the allocated budget
for their respective organizations.
The Salary Review will contain 2 main sections which represent
the Budget Information and Employee Information. By default, it will only view
the employees for whom the Salary Setting Manager is responsible. But user can
view and suggest increments for all the employees that he/she has access to
by removing this default option.
The employees section will have all the current salary-related
information such as the Current Base Salary, Current Variable Salary and the
Current Salary (Which is the sum of Current Base Salary and Current Variable
Salary).
Employee Current Salary-related information will be shown
based on how it is defined in the Employee File.
To perform this activity the following basic data needs
to be defined.
Employees
Compensation Types
Compensation-related information defined in the Employee File (Under Compensation Tab)
Salary Review Plan needs to be generated.
