You can create sales lines manually for any of the service types included in the work scope on the Sales Lines tab. This could be useful in situations where it is necessary to charge the customer for costs that are not covered by the service type’s sales price, and where the costs must be specified separately. Another example is when extra work occurs, for instance if a repair part is extremely heavy and ungainly to move, and the costs cannot be directly connected with the performed work scope.
For CRO repairs you can create sales line automatically or manually, for CRO exchanges they can only be created manually.
As a result of this activity, a new sales line in Invoiceable status is created for a component repair order line.
