You can modify the sales line price in the Sales Lines tab by changing the value in the Our Price field. This could be, for example, when a consumable part that is usually used when performing the service is not available in time, and therefore having to use a more expensive alternative part in order to deliver the repair part back to the customer in time. In this situation, an update of the price on the sales line might be required, if the service type is not defined with the invoice type Resources Used.
You can manually update the price on the sales line as long as the sales line is not transferred, i.e., has not acquired Transferred status.
As a result of this activity, the price on the sales line is updated. Note: The price in the Customer Price f field is updated when saving. This field displays price on the sales line in the customer's currency.
