Repairs may need approval from customer for repair type, cost etc. on the repair line. Approve and Undo Approval commands allow you to approve or remove approval of repair lines at any point of the repair process. In Approval for CRO Repair assistant, you can add approval notes for each repair line that is being approved or unapproved.
Note: Once a repair line is approved, you are not allowed to increase the quantity of repair line by adding a new work task return line.
