Set Contract Change Order to Analysis in Progress
Explanation
Use this activity to set an accepted contract change order to the Analysis
in Progress status. When you set the status to Analysis in Progress,
it means that the analysis of the change requirements should continue in the
change process and be further investigated e.g. concerning the impact of the
change.
Prerequisites
- The Contract Change Order should be in the Preliminary
status.
- If the Contract Change Order is created against a sub contract and requires
to be viewed externally by a supplier, the supplier must be defined as a
business-to-business (B2B) supplier.
System Effects
- The Contract Change Order is set to the Analysis in Progress
status.
- A history record with the status change is created.
- The Contract Change Order is visible to a B2B supplier if the
B2B Status of the Contract Change Order is set to Released.
