Document Folder Navigator

Use this window and its tabs to create document folders, to update information about the folders, add documents to the folders, view details of attached documents, arrange the folders in a structure, delete document folders and delete entire folder structures. New folder structure is created by using the command New Top Folder and subsequent sub folders can be added by New Sub Folder command.

Documents

the Documents tab displays the documents connected to the selected level of the structure. You can add an existing document to the folder by adding a new record or using the Insert Existing Documents sub command in Create/Connect. Documents are added to the selected level of the structure.

All Documents

the All Documents tab displays all documents connected to that level and below it. You can add an existing document to the folder by adding a new record or using the Insert Exisiting Documents sub command in Create/Connect. Documents are added to the selected level of the structure.
