The View Reminder History Details activity is used to display statistical data of a reminder proposal for which reminders have been printed or sent by email, fax or XML file output. Reminder History Details is the mid level of the 3-level reminder statistic. You can display the information of the reminder recipients per currency and reminder template of a reminder proposal. For regular customers, the reminder recipient is the customer or payer of the invoices included in the proposal (when the Send Reminder to Other Payer option is selected in the Payment\Misc Payment Info tab). For a one-time customer, each invoice address ID is a separate recipient.
This activity requires that reminders have been printed or sent to a reminder recipient.
As a result of this activity the selected information is displayed.
