Follow - up and Analysis, Customer Payments
Description of process
The Follow-up and Analysis, Customer Payments process includes queries and
reports that can be used for information about customer details and customer
payments. It is only possible to view information in the query pages. You cannot
enter or modify any details. There are also a number of reports that can be
printed through the order report function.
The queries below are found in the Follow - up and Analysis, Customer Payment
process:
- Query - Customer Details show general information
about a customer and due amount, including detailed information, such as
invoice amount, remaining amount, etc.
- Query - Customer Payments per Invoice/Prepayment
shows all payments belonging to an invoice or payment on account. You also
get detailed information on each payment
- Query - Customer Payment Voucher Lines
are used
to view detailed information about a selected payment, such as posting,
amount, invoice, etc.
- Query - Customer Payments are used to find customer
payments. The page shows payment series ID, payment ID, currency, amount,
etc.
- Query - Customer Payment Details are used
to view details about customer payments. You can select a particular payment
to view, payment series, etc.
- Query - Multi Company Customer Payments are used to view details about
multicompany customer payments.
- Query - Customer Cash Transactions are used to
see which customer cash transactions have been made and through which cash
accounts.
- Query- Parked Customer Payments show parked customer
payments. A parked payment is a special form of payment on account, entered
without link to a specific customer.
- Query - Customer Payment Matching shows information about
all customer payments and the invoices matched with each payment together
with the matching IDs.
The reports below are found in the Follow-up and Analysis, Customer Payment
process.
- The Customer Ledger Open Items report contains information
per period or date and date interval. Select one or more customers, customer
groups, and currencies.
- The Customer Payment Journal report states all customer
payments entered since last time the report was printed.
- The Customer Ledger Age Analysis report shows information
on invoices not paid.
- The Customer Ledger Currency Revaluation report shows
information on invoices in foreign currency with currency rate other than
posted.
- The Customer Invoices Due for Payment report contains
information on open customer invoices due for payment. The report can be
used for internal checking against the General Ledger.
- The Customer Payment Matching Report contains information
on each customer's invoices and how they are matched with the payments.
