This activity is used to specify who is responsible for a marketing campaign and the campaign actions. The Main option on the Marketing Campaign/Representatives tab indicates the records that have the main responsibility. When the marketing campaign is created, the current user will automatically be added as the main representative. When a campaign action is created, the main representative of the campaign will be added as representative for the action. If Use Target Representative option is selected for the action, the main representative of the campaign target (i.e. the account or lead contacts) will be added as main representative for campaign activities created for the action. If Use Target Representative option is not selected, the main representative of the action will be used also for the campaign activities.
As a result of this activity, responsible persons are connected to the marketing campaign.
