The history shows all changes made to the lead or the lead contact. It shows when the record was changed, and by whom etc. Open the Journal section on the Lead or Lead Contact page to view the history. You cannot change any information or values in this section.
A lead or lead contact must have been entered and saved.
There are no system effects.
