Create/Update Company

In this process you can create or update companies.

The Create part of this process contains the following major steps:

If an upgrade is performed or if additional components are installed, then existing companies should be updated. This means that all components that handle the Create/Update Company process will be processed and each component will try to add data from the source that was initially used when creating the company, i.e., from an existing company or from a template. Any company template can also be selected as the source. The purpose here is to add basic data to empty Logical Units that are a part of the Create Company concept and that may need basic data to facilitate setting up and using the existing company.
