This activity is used to connect work task templates as corrective actions to a cause which is defined for a fault type. Corrective actions are connected to causes to simplify the preparation of the work order. When a fault report or service request is reported, this enables selection of applicable work task templates based on the reported symptom and probable causes of the fault. In the Failure Analysis Setup Navigator, On the navigator on the left pane, navigate to the cause for which you want to connect a corrective action and click on it.
As a result of this activity, a work task template is connected to the cause.
