Remove Budget Year

Explanation

This activity is used to delete an entire operational budget for a selected year. To do this, click Remove Budget Year in the Operational Budget page.

• If the budget year is in the past it will be possible to delete both approved and not approved budgets.
• If the budget year is the current or a future year it will only be possible to delete budgets that are not yet approved. All budget months for the budget must not have been approved as well.

Prerequisites

If you are deleting a budget with the budget year set to the current or a future year, the budget values per month should not have been approved, i.e., all budget months should have the Not Approved status. 

System Effects

As a result of this activity, an operational budget for the selected year will be deleted entirely.
