Define Free Fields in Employee Files

Explanation

Use this function to define the data that should be available and displayed in the Employee/Employment/Free Fields page. Free fields are fields defined by the user to store any non standard information about the employee. You can then use it to retrieve data from the system to create reports. E.g.: Visa expires, keys, laptops, helmet size, credit card, ethnicity. The Free Fields list page allows for a maximum of 10 fields to be displayed. This function lets you define these fields.
