View Employee Information On Timeline

Explanation

Use Employee Timeline to view employees' progress throughout the organization represented as a timeline. The timeline displays information about individual employees. For example, date joined, birthday, trainings attended, competencies gained, changes in positions and work locations, work anniversaries etc. A legend of what is shown can be seen when you select Show Categories. Each event is represented as a dot on the line, and clicking on the dot can minimize or expand the event. Similarly, you can hide data by clicking on one of the items in the legend. Items that are grayed out will not be displayed. If you would like to view more information about any of the events, you can click the Detail icon in the lower right corner of the event bubble.

Use My Timeline to view your progress throughout the organization represented in the same manner.

Prerequisites

Employee information must have been registered in the system.
