Approve Employee Career Plan

Explanation

The employee career plan identifies the employee's career aspiration, advancement potential and skills that should be improved in order to reach a new job assignment. The career plan needs to be approved in order to be executed. Review and approval is usually performed by a top-level manager based on budgetary and other strategic considerations.

Select the employee and career planning period and then select the Approve option.

Prerequisites

Career plan must be in the Confirmed status.
