To copy the existing cost, contingency and markup build-up form a version record to the version record defined as Selected Version, click Version, then Copy from Version from the version record defined as selected. Then enter the version you want to copy from.
All costs, additional costs and markups will be removed and replaced with costs from the chosen version record.
This activity requires that an estimate header exists with more than one version and that there are differences between the versions regarding the cost, contingency and markup build-up. The version to copy to cannot be Cancelled.
As a result of this activity, the cost, contingency and markup build-up for the chosen version is applied on the Selected Version id.
