To exclude a version for a customer previous included, click Exclude in the Versions section. You can exclude an included version if it is necessary to remove deliverable lines from the selection possible to use for creation of business object. Exclude is a manual action that can be executed for all versions that doesn’t have a business object connection.
This activity requires that an estimate header and version exists, the version can’t be Cancelled. At least one top item must have been defined for the tree structure. A customer must also be connected to the estimate and the version must be included for the customer.
As a result of this activity, a version and its deliverable lines are excluded for a customer connected to the estimate. Deliverable lines for the excluded version are removed from the selection possible to use for creation of business object.
