To include a version for a customer when the cost, contingency and markup build-up is considered as complete, click Include in the Versions section. A version can be included in order to retrieve a selection of deliverable lines possible to use for creation of business object. A version can be included already when the status is InProgress. Include is a manual action which can be executed for all versions which aren’t Cancelled.
When a version is included for a customer then the deliverable lines are generated for all top items. It is not possible to differentiate the offering by excluding a deliverable line for any version and top item, it is all or nothing. If a different offering is required then the way forward is a new revision of the estimate or a complete new estimate.
