Add Scope

Explanation

This activity is used to add new Scope to existing Service Request in mobile client

Prerequisites

This activity is available only in Service app

Service Request Task must exist and be available in mobile client

System Effects

• New Scope is created for Service Request  with Tasks as per selected Service
• The Scope and Tasks are available for mobile user if following options have been used and the device is online (full synchronization must be completed)
  • Create a scope and add to My Work
  • Plan a scope for reviewing
