Complete Work Assignment

Explanation

This activity is used to conclude work defined on a Work Assignment. Once all work defined on a work assignment is accomplished then it can be set to status Completed. User can either return the work assignment to backoffice or keep on mobile for further report-in and return later.

Prerequisites

• A work assignment should exist where all the associated work have been finalized.
• All resource usages related to the work assignment should be reported in.

System Effects

• The work assignment is set to the status Completed.
• If a work time Clock-In exists on the work assignment, that will be Clocked-Out, and a work time transaction will be created.
• A journal entry is created on the mobile work order for the status change.
