Create Request

Explanation

This activity is used to create new Service Request in mobile client

Prerequisites

This activity is available only in Service app

Value of Application Parameter SERVICE_REQUEST_FOR_NEW_WORK has to be TRUE

System Effects

• New Service Request is created in the system with Scope and Tasks as per selected Service
• The Service is available in backoffice and can be sent to mobile user
