Price Review

Explanation

This activity is used to review the price summary and itemized prices of new scope created for an additional service in mobile client. Based on customer’s decision technician can take one of the following actions.

• Add to My Work – This option can be selected if customer agrees. This will create a new assignment and pushed to user’s device
• Send for Dispatch – This option can be selected if customer agrees. This will remove the scope from mobile client. Service Manager can dispatch the work to a technician in IFS Cloud
• Reject – This option is selected if customer disagrees. This will remove the scope from mobile client and scope is set canceled

Prerequisites

This activity is available only in Service app

User device must be online

Scope Review record must exist in mobile client

Sales parts must have been defined for required parts and resources in IFS Cloud

System Effects

• Add to My Work - The scope is removed from Scope Review and new assignment(s) is pushed and available under My Work in mobile client
• Send for Dispatch - Scope is removed from mobile client
• Reject - Scope is removed from mobile client and scope is set canceled
