Quick Issue - Stock /Quick Issue - Spares

Explanation

This activity is used to issue parts or spare parts for a Work Task without prior planning.

Prerequisites

A Work Task should be created and transferred to Mobile with all the relevant information.

Inventory Part stock should be available in location user has access to.

To issue Object Spare parts, task Object should have Object-spare parts defined.

The employee should be defined. This employee should be set up as a mobile user.

System Effects

• Selected parts issued successfully and visible in both mobile and EE clients.

Procedure

1. Select Work Assignment in Mobile Client
2. Go to Materials action and select Quick Issue- Stock or Quick Issue- Spares option
3. Select part, serial number, lot/batch number (as required by part selected) and enter quantity to issue
4. Select Issue action or Finish assistant
