Set Work Assignment Status to Incomplete

Explanation

This activity is used to conclude work defined on a Work Assignment. If the work defined on a work assignment could not be finalized with the given resource within the given time frame it can be set to status Incompleted. It is possible to create another work assignment to complete the remaining work. When setting the work assignment to incompleted, an Incomplete Cause must be given in Incompletion dialogue.

Prerequisites

• A work assignment should exist.
• If there is any work performed through the work assignment, the usages should be reported in.
• Incomplete codes must be defined in Incomplete Cause page.

System Effects

• Work assignment will be set to status Incompleted.
• The Assignment Finish date on the work assignment is updated with current date.
• If the work assignment is in Work Started status the Work Finish date is updated with current date.
• If follow on work assignments exist (visits), those will be cancelled.
