This activity is used to print a general ledger balance report. The report will show a list of account balances at the end of the specified period along with a summary of the activity over the specified period range. The information is printed according to the various criteria you select.
Subtotals also will be shown, based on the number of digits in the
account number. You can select up to six account levels to print subtotals.
For example, assume following are the account balances in a given
general ledger:

| 11 | 200 |
| 1101 | 300 |
| 1102 | 400 |
| 2 | 500 |
| 2101 | 600 |
In the above example, if you select only account levels 1 and 3, the following four subtotals will be printed in the report:
In order to perform this activity, the user ID used by you should belong to an authority class with authority to view information of the accounts included in the report. Authority combinations for each authority class is defined in the Authority Combinations page.
As a result of this activity, the report is printed or displayed on screen.
